Texas-Style Ribs – It’s Texas BIG. A rich, heavily marble slab of beef, smoked on the bone. As fork tender as a rib can get.
Pulled Pork – Brined and seasoned pork shoulder, smoked with Guinness Beer, then hand pulled.
Smoked Chicken – Dry rubbed chicken, slow smoked and then finished on the grill with our house BBQ.
Sliced Brisket – Black Angus beef, pepper crusted, slow smoked for 14 hours, and hand carved to order.

Ho-Down – Tender pieces of our Texas-Style beef rib, sautéed with onions, garlic, soy sauce and balsamic.
