Full Service:
We show up, grill & cook on site, or bring the food already prepared, set it up in chafers, serve it, and clean it up. You pay for food cost, staff fee, disposables (if needed), rentals (if needed), & a coordination fee. (This service is upon availability and is for food only. We do not offer bar & beverage service.)
Delivery / Pick-Up:
We deliver the food to you or you pick it up at the restaurant. That's it.
